Welcome Auctiva Members! A letter from the CEO of inkFrog...

My name is Greg Sisung and I am the Founder and President of inkFrog. I want to take a moment and personally welcome all Auctiva members.

First and foremost, I know that changing listing services is a very difficult thing and requires a lot of time. I believe that once you try inkFrog and see what we have to offer you will see that it will be worth your time to make the move. We have already created a great way to import all of your live and unsold listings into our system. You can also convert your sold 'resubmits' as well. It will copy the images over to us and update the URL's on your listings . To learn how you can accomplish this, please visit our import tutorial.

I also want to let you know that we will be adding several more clusters to our system to ensure we keep up with the growth of new members. We are currently seeing a huge amount of Auctiva members coming to our service and we are excited and happy to have you with us. Many of you are very large sellers and we are ready and capable to handle as much as you can throw at us. We may have a few periods of slowness here and there because the mass amounts of importing we are receiving, but rest assured as we continue adding clusters we will be back to blazing speeds within a week. We have always prided ourselves on having a robust system that is very fast for all of our users. This philosophy has not changed and we will do whatever it takes to ensure things work fast for our users. We should have all the new clusters in place by the end of the week.

I am also very happy to tell you that all of our team members are stepping up to the plate and working to make sure they help everyone get converted over to us. We all realize this is a difficult time and we are trying to make it as effortless as possible.
